Please just follow these steps:

Let us know - just email us at support@etereobynikita.com.au quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.

Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.

We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.
Please note we can’t offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes.
